Demo Representative - Minneapolis, MN

V&V Supremo Foods, Inc., is actively seeking a qualified candidate for position of Demonstration Representative.  We are seeking an individual who enjoys cooking, talking to people and loves to sell. 

Summary:  To promote, introduce, and effectively demonstrate our product line to current and new potential clients through a friendly and professional approach.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares food samples at stores that sell V&V Supremo's product line, using proper sales techniques to persuade customers to buy the products being sampled.
• Answer consumers' inquiries regarding product quality and uses, through consumer contact, strengthens brand awareness and product quality.
• Complete demo worksheets after each demo, price surveys and management requests as necessary.
• Prepares for demo: checks schedule and store locations, product availability, supplies and other additional tasks to complete while at the store.
• Other activities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift 20 lbs.
• Basic cooking and sales techniques
• Adaptable to new store environments
• Ability to work weekends and read road maps
• Communicate clearly and concisely, orally (English/Spanish)
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
