Garnish

stalks of celery cut into sticks

carrots cut into sticks
Two-Cheese Sauce (see recipe)

Heat the chicken in the microwave.

In a small bowl, toss the chicken with wing sauce. Make sure that the chicken is completely covered.

Preheat a skillet or pan for 1 minute over medium-low heat. It’s important that the skillet temperature is not too high, so that the tortillas do not harden or overcook before the cheese fully melts.

Heat tortillas for 30 seconds. Flip and distribute ¼ cup of Shredded Chihuahua® Cheese on each tortilla and ¼ cup of chicken.

Fold tortillas in half and cook until both sides of quesadillas are golden brown and cheese is melted, Flip occasionally so quesadillas don’t burn.

Cut each quesadilla into three portions. Serve with carrots, celery sticks and the Two-Cheese Sauce prepared with Supremo® Products (see recipe) Enjoy!
