This dish, created by a member of the V&V SUPREMO® team, is a quick, delicious meal, especially after a busy workday.


1 lb. spaghetti
1(15 oz.) Supremo® Brand Mexican Sour Cream from V&V SUPREMO®
4 jalapeño peppers or to taste
½ stick butter, unsalted
1 cup Grated Sierra® Brand Cotija Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®
salt to taste


  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.

  2. Meanwhile, place Jalapeño, sour cream and salt to taste in the blender. Blend for 15 seconds.

  3. Place a medium saucepan over low heat. Add the sauce, and heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Melt butter in another small saucepan.

  5. Place pasta in large bowl, and toss thoroughly with melted butter, add the sour cream mixture and Sierra® Cotija cheese.

  6. Serve pasta onto four plates add extra cheese on top if desired.
