    In a medium bowl, make dressing by incorporating lime and orange juice, olive oil, salt, and cumin. Whisk to emulsify. Add jalapeño, cilantro, and red onion. Mix well.

    Toss chopped kale in a big bowl with dressing, place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. After marinating time, add ½ cup Grated Sierra® Brand Cotija Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®, cherry tomatoes, and toss to make sure all ingredients are well combined.

    To assemble the tostadas, spread 3 Tbsp. of refried beans on a tostada, next mound approximately ¾ cup kale mixture. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp. cheese and top with 1 Tbsp. Supremo® Brand Mexican Sour Cream from V&V SUPREMO®. Enjoy!
