Supremo® Nachos

Whip up a platter of these ultimate nachos for your next party to make a lasting impression.

 

Ingredients


 

1 16oz. bag of tortilla chips

 

“Quick Nacho Cheese Sauce” (See recipe)

 

“pico de Gallo” (See recipe)

 

1 cup V&V SUPREMO® CREMA SUPREMO® or V&V SUPREMO CREMA *RANCHERITO® sour cream

 

½ pkg ( 15 oz) V&V SUPREMO® PORK or BEEF CHORIZO, cooked (see “Cooking V&V SUPREMO CHORIZO”)

 

1 cup V&V SUPREMO® QUESO FRESCO or QUESO *RANCHERITO®, crumbled

 

Preparation

  1. Place a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the nacho cheese. Whisk  sauce constantly until  thoroughly heated.
  2. Spread chips over a large platter.Pour nacho cheese in thin ribbons over the chips. Top with cooked chorizo. Drizzle sour cream on top. Sprinkle fresco cheese and pico de gallo to taste.
