This dish, created by a member of the V&V SUPREMO® team, is a quick, delicious meal, especially after a busy workday.

 

Ingredients


 

1 lb. Spaghetti 

 

15 oz  V&V SUPREMO® CREMA CHIHUAHUA® sour cream 

 

Jalapeño peppers (or to taste)

 

half stick (2 oz) butter, unsalted

 

1 cup V&V SUPREMO® SIERRA® COTIJA cheese ground.

 

salt to taste

 

Preparation

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Meanwhile place Jalapeño peppers in in blender, add sour cream and salt to taste. Blend for 15 seconds. 
  3. Place a medium saucepan over low heat. Add the sauce and heat it.
  4. Melt butter in another small saucepan.
  5. Place pasta in large bowl, and toss thoroughly with melted butter, sour cream mixture and cheese.

 

 

 

SERVING: Portion onto four plates. Add extra cheese on top if desired.
