pizza sauce of your choice

2 Tbsp. pizza sauce of your choice

Shredded Chihuahua® Brand Quesadilla Cheese or Oaxaca Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®

1 cup Shredded Chihuahua® Brand Quesadilla Cheese or Oaxaca Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®

16 pepperoni slices

1/8 tsp.

dried oregano

Preheat oven to 350˚F.

Place one tortilla on a pizza pan, spread 1 Tablespoon of sauce on the tortilla, place 8 slices of pepperoni around the edge of the tortilla, distribute ½ cup of Chihuahua® cheese throughout the tortilla. Place the other tortilla on top, press gently and follow the same procedure.

Place pizza in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Before serving, drizzle olive oil and add a pinch of oregano. Enjoy!
