Easy Ham & Cheese Croissants are buttery, cheesy, and extra satisfying! Flaky croissants are overflowing with creamy scrambled eggs, black forest ham, and gooey melted Sliced Chihuahua® Brand Quesadilla Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®.

    In a medium bowl; combine eggs, Sour Cream, Cotija Cheese, black pepper, and whisk until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Set aside until needed.

    Preheat a medium non-stick pan for 1 minute over medium-low heat, melt butter. Pour egg mixture into pan. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, folding while cooking, or until eggs are fully cooked and set. Cover and set aside until needed.

    Preheat a nonstick griddle or a pan over medium heat for 1 minute. Cook ham for 30 to 45 seconds on each side or until they start to curl. Remove from pan and set aside.

    Wipe griddle clean, and place two 2-slice stacks of Chihuahua® Cheese side by side. Place croissant top and bottom on cheese stacks, press down with your hand. Flip over and remove from pan.

    Top each croissant bottom with 2 slices of ham, half the egg mixture, and croissant top. Serve Ham & Cheese Croissants immediately and enjoy!
