Ingredients

15 oz. Supremo® Mexican Style Crema from V&V SUPREMO®
2 oz. chopped cilantro
1 arge avocado (approx. 11 oz.), peeled, pit removed, chopped
2 jalapeño peppers (approx. 2 Tbsp.), seeds & veins removed, chopped
2 Tbsp. lime juice
salt, to taste

Method of Preparation

  1. Place sour cream in a blender, followed by cilantro, avocado, jalapeño, and lime juice. Blend until all ingredients are combined. Salt to taste.

Notes

Avocado Cream Sauce can be used as a dip, spread, and dressing. Yields 24 oz.
