2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 oz. Salsa Roja
6 oz. Shredded Chihuahua® Quesadilla Cheese with Jalapeño from V&V SUPREMO®
1 oz. caramelized onions
2 oz. cooked Supremo® Pork Chorizo from V&V SUPREMO®
2 Tbsp. Avocado Cream (see recipe)
diced white onion, for garnish
chopped cilantro, for garnish
lime wedges, for serving

Method of Preparation

  1. Brush outer rim of pizza crust with olive oil. Spread sauce onto pizza. Add chorizo and caramelized onions. Evenly distribute cheese.
  2. Bake at 500˚ F. for 7-10 minutes. Remove from oven. Drizzle avocado cream over pizza. Garnish with white onions and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
