6 oz. cooked white rice
2 1/2 oz. roasted corn kernels
2 1/2 roasted green bell peppers strips
5 slices avocado, tossed in seasoned lime juice
2 oz. shredded romaine hearts
1 1/2 oz. pico de gallo
1 1/2 oz. V&V Supremo® Queso Fresco Crumbles
3 1/2 oz. V&V Supremo® Pre-Cooked Pork Chorizo Crumbles, reheated
3 cilantro sprigs
1 Tbsp. thinly sliced scallions


To build rice bowl:

  1. Scoop rice on the bottom of a large bowl
  2. Place corn, beans, and pepper strips on one side.
  3. Arrange avocado, romaine hearts, pico de gallo, and queso fresco on the other side.
  4. Top with chorizo and garnish with cilantro and scallions.
