PIZZA SUPREME WITH CHORIZO
Ingredients
12 inch pizza crust
3/4 Cup pizza sauce
6 oz. V&V Supremo® Shredded Chihuahua® brand Cheese
3 oz. V&V Supremo® Pre-Cooked Pork Chorizo Nuggets
1 1/2 oz. sliced (1/4 inch thick) mushrooms, briefly sauteed
1 oz. sliced (1 inch long) red onion
1/2 oz. sliced (1 inch long) red bell pepper
1/2 oz. sliced (1 inch long) green bell pepper
olive oil for brushing
Method of Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Brush the entire top of the crust with olive oil.
- Spread sauce evenly over the crust. Distribute V&V Supremo® Shredded Chihuahua® brand Cheese over sauce.
- Distribute V&V Supremo® Pre-Cooked Pork Chorizo Nuggets over V&V Supremo® Shredded Chihuahua® brand Cheese, then arrange remaining toppings overall.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted and somewhat browned.
