In a blender; combine sour cream, lime juice, garlic, hot sauce and dill. Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add Cotija Cheese and blend for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute or until cheese is fully incorporated. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
