Queso Fundido is simple, authentic, and irresistible. Perfectly seasoned V&V Supremo® Chorizo (Pork, Beef or Chicken) is covered with a blanket of gooey melted V&V Supremo® Chihuahua® Brand Cheese or V&V Supremo® Shredded Mexican 3 Cheese Blend.

Preheat the broiler to 500°F (high heat) with the rack set at medium height.

Preheat a medium cast iron skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes. Remove the plastic casing from the V&V Supremo® Chorizo (Pork, Beef or Chicken) and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, breaking it up while it cooks. Remove from the heat. Drain the chorizo, if desired.

Top the chorizo evenly with the V&V Supremo® Chihuahua® Brand Cheese or V&V Supremo® Shredded Mexican 3 Cheese Blend and broil for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown.
