6 ears sweet corn, husked⁠
4 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted⁠
1 cup V&V Supremo® Brand Mexican Sour Cream⁠
1 cup V&V Supremo ® Grated Sierra® Brand Cotija Cheese⁠
2 Tbsp. chili lime salt⁠
Fresh lime wedges⁠
⁠
DIRECTIONS⁠
1. Place the corn in a large pot with enough water to cover.⁠ Bring water to a boil over high heat, cover, reduce heat to⁠ medium high, and cook for 15 minutes or until tender.⁠
2. Remove corn from water and transfer to a plate or tray⁠ lined with paper napkin.⁠
3. Working over a plate or bowl; spread each ear of corn with⁠ melted butter and sour cream on all sides. Dredge with⁠ Cotija Cheese to coat the whole ear of corn. Season with⁠ chili lime salt to taste. Serve dressed Elotes with fresh lime⁠

Now that your mouth is watering, save the recipe below to spice up your hot dogs at the next carne asada cookout! 🌭🌶️⁠
⁠
INGREDIENTS⁠
8 bacon slices⁠
8 hot dogs⁠
1 (8 oz.) package V&V Supremo Queso Fresco⁠
Cheese⁠
8 hot dog buns⁠
1 Cup Avocado Cream⁠
2 Cups Pico de Gallo⁠
⁠
DIRECTIONS⁠
1. Preheat a griddle or a non-stick pan over medium heat for⁠ 1 minute.⁠
2. Meanwhile, roll the bacon around the hot dog by spiraling⁠ it around the hot dog from one end to the other. The bacon⁠ should stick to the hot dog without a toothpick, but you can⁠ use one if desired.⁠
3. Place the hot dogs on the hot griddle until bacon is crispy⁠ on all sides, approximately 5 minutes. Turning often with⁠ tongs.⁠
4. Slice V&V Supremo Queso Fresco into 8⁠ slices. Place the cheese on the griddle and sear for 1 minute⁠ on each side. Remove and set aside.⁠
5. Place the hot dog buns on a microwave safe plate. Cover⁠ with a damp paper towel and place in the microwave for 40⁠ seconds.⁠
6. Spread both sides of the hot dog buns with the Avocado⁠ Cream Sauce. Place the hot dog along with⁠ one slice of cheese, and top with Pico de Gallo. Enjoy!⁠

This recipe’s got us jalapeño dreamin’! 🤩 This recipe’s got us jalapeño dreamin’! 🤩 Stuffed with our Pork Chorizo and Melting Chihuahua® Brand Cheese, these Jalapeño Poppers are the perfect spicy bite for this weekend’s Asada! (Even if skies are gray. 😉) ⁠
⁠
INGREDIENTS⁠
12 large jalapeño peppers⁠
1 V&V Supremo Pork Chorizo link⁠
¼ cup white onion, small diced⁠
1 clove garlic, minced⁠
1 (7.06 oz) bag V&V Supremo Melting Chihuahua® Brand Cheese⁠
⁠
DIRECTIONS⁠
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line 1 baking sheet with⁠ parchment paper. Set aside.⁠
2. Cut ¼ off each jalapeño pepper, starting near the crown⁠ and down to just near the tip. Using a small spoon, scoop⁠ out the seeds and membranes. Set aside.⁠
3. Preheat medium skillet for 1 minute over medium heat.⁠ Cook chorizo for 4 to 5 minutes, crumbling with a spoon⁠
while cooking. Mix in onion and garlic. Continue to cook for⁠ an additional 3 minutes. Remove skillet from heat. Let cool⁠ for about 1-2 minutes. Mix in 1 cup Chihuahua® cheese.⁠ Divide mixture into 12 portions and set aside.⁠
4. Divide remaining Chihuahua® cheese. Stuff each pepper⁠ with one portion of chorizo mixture, then top with 1 portion of⁠ cheese. Place peppers on a baking sheet and bake until the⁠ cheese is golden and bubbly, about 15-20 minutes. Enjoy.⁠
