A cheeseburger in one bite? Yes! These Cheeseburger Bites are the perfect appetizer that will be the highlight of the game!

¾ cup Supremo® Brand Mexican Sour Cream from V&V SUPREMO®

¼ cup ketchup
-
2 Tbsp. yellow mustard

3 Tbsp. dill pickles, minced
Cheeseburger

1Dip: In a small bowl, combine sour cream, ketchup, mustard, and pickle. Refrigerate until ready to use.

2Using the toothpicks, place ingredients onto each one in this order: cherry tomato (round part facing up), lettuce, and red onion. Refrigerate until ready to use.

3In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, chorizo, onion, garlic, and salt. Mix mixture until well combined, measure out 1 Tbsp. of meat mixture and form each portion into a meatball.

4Heat a large cast iron skillet on medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the meatballs into the pan, lower heat to medium-low and cook for 12 minutes, rotating occasionally. Place 2 pieces of cheese on top of each meatball, turn off heat, and cover pan with foil for 1 minute.

5To assemble: Poke each prepared toothpick into the cheeseburger bites. Serve on a serving platter with cheeseburger dip and ENJOY!
