    Preheat oven to 450˚F.

    In a microwaveable bowl; combine butter and chopped garlic. Microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until butter is melted. Mix in parsley and set aside until needed.

    Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet. Evenly spread butter mixture across each slice of bread and top with 1 tablespoon Cotija Cheese. Bake for 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese is golden. Set aside until needed.

    Preheat oil in a skillet for 1 minute over medium heat. Add butter, garlic, and serrano pepper. Cook for 1 minute, add shrimp, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until butter is melted and shrimp is warmed through. Remove from heat and mix in cilantro. Top sautéed shrimp with 1 cup Shredded Chihuahua® Cheese and cover the pan so that the cheese melts. Divide into 12 equal portions.

    Preheat broiler to 500˚F or high heat. Top each Cotija Cheese toast with 1 portion of shrimp and ½ tablespoon Chihuahua® Cheese. Broil for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until cheese is golden brown. Top with pico de gallo, serve, and enjoy.
