    In a microwaveable bowl melt butter for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Mix in chopped garlic parsley and set aside until needed.

    Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet. Evenly spread butter mixture across each slice of bread and top with 1 tablespoon Cotija Cheese. Bake for 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese is golden. Set aside until needed.

    Shrimp; Preheat oil in a skillet for 1 minute over medium heat. Melt butter, add garlic, and serrano pepper. Cook for 1 minute, add shrimp, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat and mix in cilantro. Top sautéed shrimp with 1 cup Shredded Chihuahua® Cheese and cover the pan so that the cheese melts. Divide into 12 equal portions.
