Traditionally served at breakfast or brunch, it is good anytime of day. Feel free to experiment with various additions such as chicken, beef, or vegetables.

    Place sauce in a large skillet over medium heat. Bring to boil for 10 minutes. Stirring occasionally.

    Add tortilla chips into the sauce.

    Gently turn over the pieces of tortilla chips until they are all well coated with salsa. Serve chilaquiles and garnish with onions, cheese, cilantro and sour cream. Enjoy!
