Christmas Eve Salad
A traditional, colorful holiday salad with bold flavors and multiple textures. Crumbled V&V Supremo® Queso Fresco and a creamy V&V Supremo® Crema Supremo® Brand Mexican Sour Cream dressing bring it all together.

Place all dressing ingredients, including the V&V Supremo® Crema Supremo® Brand Mexican Sour Cream, in the blender. Blend well and strain. Reserve.

Cut the peels off the oranges with a sharp knife, making sure to remove all the pith (the white part of the peel). Make segments by cutting between the membrane lines at an angle.

Combine the salad ingredients, including the crumbled V&V Supremo® Queso Fresco, in a large bowl, leaving out the lettuce leaves. Toss with the dressing.

Portion the salad onto the lettuce leaves. Enjoy!
