2 (15 oz.) cans garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed

1 cup medium red bell pepper, diced

¾ cup celery, small dice

1 cup carrot, small dice

½ cup white onion, medium dice

1/3 cup fresh cilantro, rough chop

1 (14 oz.) pkg. V&V SUPREMO® Brand Queso Fresco Cheese, medium dice
Dressing
2 Steps to complete

1In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, lime, salt and black pepper. Whisk until salt is dissolved.

2In a large salad bowl; combine salad ingredients. Pour dressing over salad and gently toss until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Cover and refrigerated for one hour. Serve Garbanzo Bean Salad and enjoy!
