    Preheat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat for 1 minute. Add ½ Tbsp. butter to the pan and melt. Place bread slices, sliding them around the pan as they cook until an even golden brown, about 2 minutes.

    Using a spatula lift the bread slices and add the remaining butter to the pan and melt. Return the bread slices to the pan with the toasted side up. Place the cheese slices on top of 1 slice of bread. Close the sandwich, cook until the bread is toasty and cheese is melted, flipping occasionally, approximately 5 minutes. Remove the sandwich from the pan and cut in half, serve immediately. Enjoy!
