Guacamole with Queso fresco
A quick and easy Guacamole with Queso fresco. Serve with tortilla chips, veggies or spread on a sandwich, this bowl is sure to go quickly! For an added kick, stir in your favorite hot sauce.

Over a bowl; crumble Queso Fresco Cheese and set aside until needed.

In a bowl; mashed avocado with a potato masher or a fork. add onion, serrano pepper, 2 Tbsp. cilantro, 2 Tbsp. pepita seeds, lime juice, salt and mix thoroughly.

Fold 6 tablespoons Queso Fresco Cheese. Mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Transfer guacamole to serving bowl and top with remaining 2 tablespoons Queso Fresco Cheese, ½ tablespoon cilantro, and ½ tablespoon pepita seeds.

Serve Queso Fresco Guacamole with tortilla chips and enjoy!
