5 medium size radishes, washed, thin matchsticks

1⅓ cups cherry tomatoes, quartered

1 cup English cucumber, medium dice

2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
-
⅛ tsp. Kosher salt

1 medium head iceberg lettuce, trimmed, quartered

1¼ cups Dil Salad Dressing – see recipe https://www.vvsupremo.com/recipe/dill-salad-dressing/
3 Steps to complete

1Preheat a medium skillet over medium heat for 1 minute. Remove the plastic casing from the chorizo and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, crumbling with a spoon while cooking. Set aside until needed.

2In a medium bowl; combine radish, cherry tomato, cucumber, lime juice and salt. Mix until well combined. Set aside

3To assemble the salad, spread a small amount of dressing on a plate. Place one iceberg wedge over dressing. Top with ¼ cup dill dressing, ½ cup vegetable mixture, and ¼ cup cooked Chorizo. Repeat with the remaining wedges. Serve Wedge Salad with Chorizo and enjoy!
