Ingredients
To roast garlic:
Directions
-
1
For garlic: Preheat oven to 400°.

Slice the top of the garlic heads off. Place each head of garlic on aluminum foil. Drizzle 1 tsp. of olive oil over the exposed surface of the garlic, letting the oil sink down into cloves. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper. Take up ends of the foil to form a package around the garlic and roast for 1 hour.
-
3
Remove garlic from the oven, carefully open and let cool for about 15 minutes.
-
4
Over a plate squeeze garlic out by pressing forward with your fingers. Mash with a fork until it becomes a paste. Set aside.
-
5
For pizza: Preheat oven according to pizza crust package instructions.
-
6

-
7
Add tomato slices on top of cheese.
-
8
Place the pizza on a sheet tray and place in the oven. Cook according to pizza crust package instructions. (Cheese should be fully melted.)
-
