Creamy Steak Stew
Tender steak and sautéed onion are cooked in a creamy cheese sauce made with V&V Supremo® Crema Supremo® Brand Mexican Sour Cream and V&V Supremo® Shredded Chihuahua® Brand Cheese or V&V Supremo® Shredded Mexican 3 Cheese Blend. Spoon it onto warm corn tortillas or tostadas for an easy, filling dinner.

Season the steak with the garlic, pepper and salt. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.

Preheat a large pan for 1 minute. Add the oil and heat for 1 more minute. Add the onion and serrano peppers and sauté for 2 minutes.

Add the steak and cook for about 8 minutes.

Stir in the V&V Supremo® Crema Supremo® Brand Mexican Sour Cream and V&V Supremo® Shredded Chihuahua® Brand Cheese or V&V Supremo® Shredded Mexican 3 Cheese Blend. Reduce the heat to low and cook for about 2 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
