Who needs some lunch inspo? This Crispy Chicken Sa Who needs some lunch inspo? This Crispy Chicken Salad is a solid place to start! 😍🥗  Ingredients:
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 heads of romaine lettuce
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup all-purpose flour seasoned with salt and pepper
½ cup
2 eggs, whisked
½ Avocado
2.5 oz V&V Supremo® Queso Fresco
7.5 oz V&V Supremo® Crema Supremo® Mexican Sour Cream
1 tbsp chives, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
Juice of ¼ lemon
¼ tsp salt
V&V Supremo® Sierra® Brand Cotija Cheese  for garnish
Chopped parsley for garnish
Brown butter (optional garnish)
 
Directions:
1. Prep chicken breast by patting dry. Assemble dry, wet and crispy bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
2. Using one hand for dry, dip the chicken in flour, then egg, and then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture, gently pressing the crumbs onto the meat so they adhere.
3. Heat ¼ inch of neutral oil in a skillet over medium heat-high heat. Fry for 3-4 minutes per side until chicken breast is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Set aside on cooling rack.
4. On a plate, add avocado, queso fresco, sour cream, chives, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt and mix well.
5. Add chopped romaine to the second layer then chicken breast to the third layer.
6. Garnish with Cotija Cheese, parsley and brown butter.  #salad #chickensalad #easymeals #quickmeals

1 Sweet Potato
5oz or 1 link V&V Supremo® Chicken Chorizo
1 cup V&V Supremo® Chihuahua® Brand Cheese, 
½ avocado
2 tbsp pico de gallo
1-2 tsp bagel seasoning
Olive oil cooking spray
Salt and Pepper, to taste 
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 ° F. 
2. Prep sweet potatoes: Rinse, scrub and pat dry. Slice in half lengthwise and season with oil, salt and pepper.
3. Place cut side down on baking tray and bake for 30-40 minutes or until fork tender.
4. While potatoes are baking, cook chorizo for 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 ° F. 
5. Assemble once sweet potatoes are fully cooked. Add baked sweet potatoes on plate or bowl and use a fork to smash and create the first layer of the bowl. Top with Chihuahua® Brand Cheese, chicken chorizo, pico de gallo, sliced avocado and bagel seasoning. Enjoy!  #highfiber #highprotein #sweetpotatorecipes #recipe

1 refrigerated pizza crust
¾ cup V&V Supremo® Chihuahua® Brand Cheese
1 link V&V Supremo® Pork Chorizo
1 egg  Directions:
1. Preheat oven to pizza crust instructions.
2. Cook chorizo and set aside.
3. Cut pizza crust into 8-10 rectangles.
4. Place chorizo and Chihuahua® Brand Cheese on one half of each rectangle, leaving space around the edges.
5. Fold over the empty side of the rectangle, covering the ingredients.
6. Crimp the edges of the pockets with a fork. Use egg wash between any edges that aren’t sealing well.
7. Brush the top with egg wash.
8. Poke a few vents in each of the pockets with a knife.
9. Cook for 20 minutes or until golden-brown.

🌽 Elote, but make it Caribbean-inspired! Made with 🌽 Elote, but make it Caribbean-inspired! Made with our Crema Supremo®, this easy, creamy recipe will level up your elote game at any asada (BBQ) this summer! 🔥☀️  Ingredients:
4 corn cobs, cleaned and dried
1 - 2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp cumin
1 tbsp jerk seasoning  Cream Sauce:
1 tbsp chicken boullion
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp oregano
1 tsp jerk seasoning
2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
½ cup V&V Supremo® Chihuahua® Brand Quesadilla Cheese
1 cup V&V Supremo® Crema Supremo® Mexican Sour Cream
½ white onion, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp olive oil  Directions:
1. In a bowl, add corn cobs, olive oil, black pepper, oregano, paprika, cumin, and jerk seasoning. Rub the olive oil and seasonings all over the corn cobs well, getting in between the corn kernels.
2. Steam seasoned corn cobs for 10 minutes or until kernels are tender.
3. In a separate pan, sauté bell peppers, onions, and garlic for 4 minutes. Add chicken Boullion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, cumin, oregano, fresh parsley and sauté for another 3 minutes.
4. Add heavy whipping cream, and Crema Supremo® Mexican Sour Cream and mix well. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add Chihuahua® Brand Cheese, mix well and simmer for an additional 2 minutes or until cheese has melted.

1 cucumber, sliced
¼ small red onion, sliced
Juice of ½ lemon
2 tablespoons fresh dill
2 tablespoons V&V Supremo® Crema Supremo® Mexican Sour Cream
1 jalapeño, sliced
2 tablespoons everything but the bagel seasoning
½ avocado, cubed
1 teaspoon capers plus juice
Salt to taste  Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a container with a lid.
2. Cover and shake until well combined.

2 Eggs
1 tsp chili oil
1-2 tsp hot honey
¼ cup V&V Supremo® Chihuahua® Brand Quesadilla Cheese
Fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish  Directions:
1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat.
2. Drizzle 1-2 tsp hot honey into the pan.
3. Sprinkle Chihuahua® Brand Cheese over honey.
4. Crack 2 eggs over the cheese.
5. Drizzle chili oil over eggs.
6. Cover with lid and cook for 2-3 minutes or until egg whites are set and cheese is caramelized.
7. Fold the cheese-crusted eggs over like an omelet.
