   Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and reserve.

   Place a saucepan over medium heat for 1 minute. Add the oil. After 1 more minute, add the onion and sauté for 3 minutes, stirring. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Remove the saucepan from the heat.

   Place the tomatoes, oregano, and chicken broth in a blender. Blend well.

   Pour the tomato puree into the saucepan with the onion. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the pasta, and salt and pepper to taste.

   Ladle the soup into bowls and top with V&V Supremo® Crema Supremo® Brand Mexican Sour Cream and crumbled V&V Supremo® Queso Fresco.
