Brush outer rim of pizza crust with olive oil. Spread sauce onto pizza. Add chorizo and caramelized onions. Evenly distribute cheese.

Bake at 500˚ F. for 7-10 minutes. Remove from oven. Drizzle avocado cream over pizza. Garnish with white onions and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
