Creamy Lime Coleslaw
This quick and easy coleslaw is perfect for a barbecue, picnic or reunion. Green and purple cabbage and Roma tomato are tossed in a creamy lime dressing made with V&V Supremo® Crema Supremo® Brand Mexican Sour Cream, then finished with Grated V&V Supremo® Sierra® Brand Cotija Cheese. It takes just a few simple ingredients.

In a large bowl, mix the V&V Supremo® Crema Supremo® Brand Mexican Sour Cream, lime juice, onion, salt, black pepper and cilantro.

Add the green and purple cabbage, tomato and Grated V&V Supremo® Sierra® Brand Cotija Cheese to the dressing. Mix well until all the cabbage is coated. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve, or prepare up to one day in advance.
