This dish, created by a member of the V&V SUPREMO® team, is a quick, delicious meal, especially after a busy workday.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 4 (or to taste) jalapeño peppers
- 15 oz. Supremo® Brand Mexican Sour Cream from V&V SUPREMO®
- to taste salt
- ½ stick butter, unsalted, melted
- 1 cup Grated Sierra® Brand Cotija Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®
4 Steps to complete
- 1Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- 2Meanwhile, place jalapeño, sour cream and salt to taste in the blender. Blend for 15 seconds.
- 3Place a medium saucepan over low heat. Add the sauce, and heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 4Place pasta in large bowl and toss thoroughly with melted butter. Add the sour cream mixture and Sierra® Cotija cheese. Serve pasta and enjoy!
