Make three slits diagonally across each hot dog, place in a medium pot of boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside until needed.

Using a rolling pin, flatten bread slices until very thin. Top each slice with two slices of Chihuahua® Cheese. Place a hot dog on top of the cheese and roll bread tightly. Set aside until needed.

Beat egg in a shallow dish. In a 2nd shallow dish, mix grated Cotija Cheese with breadcrumbs.

Dip hot dog rolls in egg and allow excess egg to drip off. Roll in Cotija bread crumb mixture, gently press crumbs into hot dogs roll until fully coated.

Preheat oil for frying in a heavy bottom pot over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until the oil reaches 350F degrees.

Deep fry hot dog rolls for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on a wire rack set over a baking sheet. Serve Cheesy Hot Dog Roll-Ups with ketchup and mustard on the side and enjoy!
