Ingredients

¼ cup fresh lime juice

1 tsp. Kosher salt

2 medium-sized jicamas, peeled, and cut into sticks

1 cup seedless cucumber, thin half-moon slices

½ cup red onion, sliced

3 oranges, peeled and cut into segments

2/3 cup radishes, thin half-moon slice
-
1 (10 oz.) pkg. V&V SUPREMO® Brand Queso Fresco Cheese, crumbled

Ground chili pequin or cayenne pepper (optional)

½ cup roasted & salted pumpkin seeds

½ cup Grated Sierra® Brand Cotija Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®

1In a large salad bowl; whisk lime juice and salt together until salt dissolves. Add, jicama, cucumber, onion, oranges segments, radish and Queso Fresco. Toss until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
