Queso Fresco with Tomatillo Salsa is an easy-to-make snack! Creamy V&V Supremo® Queso Fresco is topped with a fresh blend of green tomatillos, cilantro, and serrano peppers.

Over a bowl, crumble the V&V Supremo® Queso Fresco. Reserve ¼ cup for garnish.

In a separate bowl, combine the tomatillo, onion, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.

On a serving plate or platter, spread the crumbled Queso Fresco. Top with the tomatillo salsa. Garnish with the reserved ¼ cup of crumbled Queso Fresco and the sliced serrano pepper.

Serve the Queso Fresco with Tomatillo Salsa with tortilla chips and lime wedges, if desired. Enjoy!
