All American Crunchy Beef Tacos are too irresistible to miss! Crunchy taco shells are filled with ground beef, lettuce, tomato, and melted Chihuahua® Brand Quesadilla Cheese from V&V Supremo®.

¼ tsp. Ground black pepper

1 tsp. Paprika

1 tsp. Garlic powder

½ tsp. Onion powder

¼ tsp. Dried oregano
-
½ Tbsp. Hot Mexican-style chili powder

⅛ tsp. Ground cumin
-
1 lb. Lean ground beef, 90/10
-
2 cups + ¼ cup Shredded Chihuahua® Brand Quesadilla Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®, divided
-
12 Packaged crunchy taco shells

½ Head lettuce, shredded
-
¾ cup Tomato, medium dice
-
½ cup Supremo® Brand Mexican Sour Cream from V&V SUPREMO®

Taco sauce – optional
4 Steps to complete

1In a small bowl; combine salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, chili powder, and cumin. Stir until seasonings are well-mixed and set aside until needed.

2Preheat a skillet for 2 minutes over medium-high heat. Add spice blend, crumble beef with a spoon, and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes covered. Continue to crumble beef occasionally while cooking until beef reaches an internal temperature of 155°F. Reduce heat to medium-low, add 2 cups Chihuahua® cheese, and stir until cheese is melted. Cover and set aside until needed.

3Heat crunchy taco shells according to instructions on package. Fill crunchy taco shells with cheesy ground beef, lettuce, and tomato.

4Serve All-American Crunchy Beef Tacos topped with remaining ¼ cup cheese, your favorite taco sauce, Sour Cream from V&V Supremo®, and enjoy!
