    Pre-heat conventional oven to 350°F.

    Pico de Gallo: In a small bowl, combine tomato, onion, cilantro, lime juice, serrano pepper, salt, and set aside.

    Heat a 12-inch cast iron pan for 2 minutes on medium heat. Add chorizo, break up chorizo with a spoon and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and turn off heat.

    In the same skillet, place about 24 chips onto the bottom of the skillet then add half the amount of cooked chorizo, half of the black beans, sprinkle 1½ cups Chihuahua® cheese on top.

    Add another layer of chips (24) on top, add remaining chorizo, and beans, top with 1¾ cups of Chihuahua® cheese.

    Place skillet in oven and bake for 20 minutes.

    Top skillet with ¼ cup sour cream, ¼ cup pico de gallo, and ¼ cup jalapeños. Serve and enjoy with remaining ingredients on the side!
