Crunchy Steak Tacos are an American classic! Crisp corn tortilla shells are filled with marinated steak, lettuce, tomato, and topped with Chihuahua® Brand Quesadilla Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®.

    Heat ½ cup oil in a heavy-bottom pan for 2 minutes over medium-high heat. Place each individual tortilla in oil and fry for 30 seconds or until tortilla begins to puff out. Flip tortilla and fold-in-half with tongs. Fry tortilla for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute per side or until tortilla is golden brown. Drain taco shells on a plate lined with paper towel. Set aside until needed.

    In a small bowl combine salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

    Preheat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet for 1 to 2 minutes over medium-high heat. Add steak and seasoning blend. Sauté for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add Worcestershire sauce, top with 2 cups Chihuahua® cheese, and cover. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

    Divide cheesy steak into 4 portions. Stuff each taco shell with 1 meat portion.
