Our super-cheesy Father’s Day Cheeseburger have Chihuahua® Cheese folded in the patty and Mexican 2 Cheese Blend from V&V Supremo® melted over the top.

    Preheat gas grill to high heat or 500°F.

    In a large bowl; combine ground beef, chipotle sauce, salt, pepper, onion powder, and Chihuahua® Cheese. Gently mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Divide beef into 4 equal portions. Place each beef portion between 2 sheets of wax paper. Flatten into 2-inch-thick patties using a plate or patty press. Cover and refrigerate Chihuahua® Cheese Hamburger Patties until needed.

    In a bowl; combine Sour Cream, diced chipotle pepper, diced pickles, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until thoroughly combined. Refrigerate Burger Sauce until needed.

    In a bowl; combine tomato, onion, cilantro, and jalapeño. Mix until thoroughly combined and set Pico de Gallo aside until needed.

    Place hamburger patties on grill. Reduce heat to medium, cover, and cook for 4 to 6 minutes. Flip burgers over, top each patty with ¼ cup Mexican 2 Cheese Blend, and cook to an internal temperature of 155°F or to desired doneness. Remove from grill and keep warm until needed.

    Toast buns on grill for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Spread 2 tablespoons burger sauce on each piece of bread. Top bun bottoms with 1 Cheeseburger patty, 4 bacon pieces, ¼ cup arugula, 1 heaping tablespoon pico de gallo, and top bun.
