Our Grilled Vegetable Pizza is a celebration of farm fresh flavors! Grilled veggies are paired with melted Chihuahua® Cheese for a sensational pizza that will satisfy the whole family.

    Preheat gas grill to 500°F or high heat.

    In a bowl; combine mushroom, squash, zucchini, onion, bell pepper, 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.

    Preheat a grill basket or tray for 1 to 2 minutes with the lid closed. Add vegetable mixture and grill for 4 to 6 minutes, turning occasionally, or until vegetables are lightly charred.

    Brush edge of crust with ½ tablespoon oil. Evenly spread crust with White Pizza Sauce leaving ½-inch boarder. Top with 1¼ cup Chihuahua® Cheese. Add grilled vegetable mixture and sprinkle with remaining ½ cup cheese.

    Lightly brush grill with remaining ½ tablespoon oil. Grill pizza for 10 to 12 minutes with the lid closed, until cheese has melted. Rotate pizza 2 to 3 times during cooking to get an evenly browned crust.
