sweet Hungarian paprika, (regular paprika can be used)

Place Queso Fresco Cheese in the food processor, add onion, sour cream, mustard, paprika, caraway seed, roasted garlic, lemon juice, and black pepper.

Blend for 1 minute, turn off the food processor and push down the side of the bowl with a spatula. Turn on again and blend for 1 minute more.

Transfer dip to a bowl and serve with vegetables or crackers of your choice. Sprinkle paprika to taste. Enjoy!

DIRECTIONS:

1. Place Queso Fresco Cheese in the food processor, add onion, sour cream, mustard, paprika, caraway seed, roasted garlic, lemon juice, and black pepper.
2. Blend for 1 minute, turn off the food processor and push down the side of the bowl with a spatula. Turn on again and blend for 1 minute more.
3. Transfer dip to a bowl and serve with vegetables or crackers of your choice. Sprinkle paprika to taste. Enjoy!
