Ingredients
Jicama Slaw

¼ cup jicama, medium match sticks

¼ cup baby cucumber, medium half-moon slices
-
¼ cup radish, medium match sticks

2 Tbsp. green onion, thin slice

1 Tbsp. sesame oil
-
1 tsp. rice vinegar
-
¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes or gochugaru chili flakes

⅛ tsp. Kosher salt
Korean Steak Tacos

1In a bowl; combine all Jicama Slaw ingredients and mix until vegetables are well-coated. Set aside until needed.

2In a bowl; combine gochujang, sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, rice wine vinegar, and onion powder. Stir to combine, add steak, and continue to mix until steak is well-coated.

3Preheat vegetable oil in a cast iron skillet for 2 minutes over medium heat. Add steak and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally or until steak reaches an internal temperature of 155°F. Top steak with Chihuahua® Cheese, cover, and reduce heat to low. Cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes to allow cheese to melt. Divide cheesy Korean steak into 6 portions.

4Fill each tortilla with 1 portion cheesy steak and top with Jicama Slaw. Serve Korean Steak Tacos and enjoy!
