For pancake glaze:

15 oz. Chihuahua® Brand Mexican Sour Cream from V&V SUPREMO®

1For the glaze, in a small bowl pour Chihuahua® Brand Mexican Sour Cream from V&V SUPREMO® whisk in confectioners sugar, mix well. Set aside.

2For the pancakes, in a medium bowl, combine the dry ingredients, flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and chocolate chips.

3In another bowl, whisk eggs. Whisk in Chihuahua® Brand Mexican Sour Cream from V&V SUPREMO® butter, water, and syrup. Stir into the flour mixture until well combined.

4Preheat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat for one minute. Turn heat to low. Grease the pan with butter stick.

5Pour approximately 1/2 cup of the batter into the pan for each pancake. Cook for 2 minutes or until bubbles appear on the surface of each pancake.

6Gently flip the pancakes. Continue to cook for another 2 minutes.

7Serve two pancakes and top with the sour cream glaze. Sprinkle V&V SUPREMO® Brand Queso Fresco Cheese on top. Use 1Tbsp. of mini chocolate chips to form the eyes and mouth of the smiley face. Complete the face by adding more queso fresco Cheese above the eyes as if it was hair. Repeat the same procedure with the rest of the portions. Enjoy!
