This Requesón Appetizer has few ingredients, but lots of flavor!

Place a skillet or griddle over medium heat for 2 minutes.

Place chiles on skillet and press down with metal spatula, until slightly toasted about 15-30 seconds. Turn chiles over and toast the other sides. Remove chiles and mince when cooled.

In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients, except the chips.

Spoon about ½ Tbsp. of the requeson mixture on chips. Enjoy!
