1Chili Dogs: In a medium pot; combine beef franks and beer. Bring beer to a boil and cook franks for 2 to 3 minutes, or until franks are heated through.

2Pre-heat broiler to 500°F or high heat.

3Place franks in buns, top each with a ¼ cup Chili and a ¼ cup shredded Chihuahua® Cheese. Place Chili Dogs on a sheet tray and broil for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until cheese is completely melted.

4Top Game Day Chili Dogs with 1 tablespoon Sour Cream, pickled jalapeños, and ½ teaspoon green onion. Serve and enjoy!

5Walking Tacos: Open bag of chips, add ¼ cup Chili, ¼ cup Chihuahua® Cheese, about 2 tablespoons lettuce, 1 tablespoon tomato, 1 tablespoon Sour Cream, and desired number of sliced Jalapeños.

6Repeat step 1 for remaining Walking Tacos. Serve and enjoy!
