Three Cheese Stuffed Burger

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1

Divide ground beef in half. Flatten each half into a thin patty in between 2 pieces of wax paper. Remove wax paper and mound cheese in the center of the patty. Place the remaining patty on top of the other and form the meat around the cheese, ensuring that it is well sealed.

  2. 2

Grill the patty for 5 to 7 minutes, flip, and sprinkle black pepper on top. Cook for an additional 4 to 5 minutes for medium doneness.

  3. 3

Spread ketchup on one half of the toasted bun and mustard on the other half. Place burger patty on bottom bun, followed by onion, lettuce, and tomato.

  4. 4

Top with bun and serve immediately.
