In a large bowl, mix together Sour Cream kosher salt, white pepper, and apple cider vinegar.

Add green and red cabbage, white onion, and carrot into the dressing and toss to coat. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours or until ready to serve. Toss the salad occasionally to keep the dressing well distributed.
