The key to this sensational creamy American-Style Coleslaw is the dressing. Prepared with Supremo® Mexican Sour Cream. Perfect to serve as a side dish or on top of a delicious pulled pork sandwich.

1 1/3 Cup Supremo® Mexican Sour Cream from V&V SUPREMO®

2 Tbsp. white sugar

½ tsp. kosher salt

½ tsp. finely ground white pepper

1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

2 Cups green cabbage, shredded

2 Cups red cabbage, shredded

2 Tbsp. white onion, grated

1 Cup carrot, grated

1In a large bowl, mix together Sour Cream kosher salt, white pepper, and apple cider vinegar.

2Add green and red cabbage, white onion, and carrot into the dressing and toss to coat. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours or until ready to serve. Toss the salad occasionally to keep the dressing well distributed.
