    In a small bowl; combine all of the pico de gallo ingredients and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate until needed.

    Preheat a skillet for 2 minutes over medium heat; add ground beef and cook for 3 minutes while crumbling with a spoon. Add onion, garlic, and cook for 1 minute. Add chili powder, paprika, pepper, salt, and tomato paste. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until beef reaches an internal temperature of 160°F. Divide beef into 8 portions, cover, and keep warm until needed.

    Preheat a griddle or comal for 2 minutes over low heat. Place flatbreads on griddle and lightly brush with oil. Heat for 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until warmed through.

    Fill Chalupas with 2 heaping tablespoons Chihuahua® Cheese, 1 portion ground beef, 1 additional heaping tablespoon Chihuahua® Cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, and Sour Cream. Serve and enjoy!
