    Spray non-stick spray into a plastic skeleton skull mold and set aside.

    Using a food processor, blend Cotija cheese for 1 minute. Add Chihuahua cheese to food processor and blend again for another minute. Add Queso Fresco and continue to blend for 1½ minutes.

    Add sour cream, onion, and garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Continue to blend for 20 seconds.

    Transfer cheese mixture into a bowl and mix pimientos into the mixture. Transfer cheese mixture into the skull shaped plastic mold. Cover with plastic wrap and place the cheese mold into the refrigerator for 1 hour.

    Once ready, invert skull onto a tray. Place and press 2 sliced olive into the eye and nose sockets. Slice the rest of the olives into quarters to create the teeth.
