Preheat oil in a skillet for 1 minute over medium-high heat. Add onion and sauté for 1 minute, or until onions soften slightly. Reduce heat to medium and add steak. Season with garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cook for 3 minutes. Add Worcestershire sauce, increase heat to high, and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes. Divide steak into 4 portions and set aside.

Fill each tortilla with 1 tablespoon Queso Fresco, 1 portion steak, 2 tablespoons Cabbage Slaw, and 1 additional tablespoon Queso Fresco. Serve with your favorite salsa and enjoy!
