¼ cup granulated sugar

½ tsp. ground cinnamon

6 flour tortillas, cut into 8 triangles

½ cup vegetable or canola oil

1Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Set aside.

2Pour oil into a medium size skillet and heat over medium- high heat.

3Add tortillas to the heated oil in batches. Fry for about 30 seconds to 1 minute until starting to brown and crispy.

4Once out of the oil, gently toss the chips in the cinnamon sugar. Careful as the chips may be hot.

5Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium- low heat; add the Sour Cream, chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon, salt and Amaretto. Cook 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly until the chocolate has dissolved completely and you have a smooth and velvety texture. Remove from heat, drizzle over the chips and garnish with pecans. Enjoy!
