    Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil.

    Preheat a medium skillet over medium heat for 1 minute. Remove the plastic casing from the Pork or Beef Chorizo and cook for 10-12 minutes. Breaking up while it’s cooking. Set aside.

    Place bread on a cutting surface and slice diagonally do not cut all the way through the bread. Slice again diagonally in the opposite direction, in a crisscross manner.

    Lift the bread with one hand to reveal the open sections in the bread. Spoon about half of the chorizo in between all the open sections of the bread, then do the same with the Chihuahua® cheese. Repeat again to make a total of 2 layers.

    Combine the reserve cup of Chihuahua® cheese with ½ cup of Sierra® Cotija cheese and top over the crust.

    Place the bread onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese has melted. Serve and enjoy!
